This products is made of memory sponge, as this is squeezed, so when open the package and find deformation please follow below ways:

Please pull the zipper of the bottom of the ball pool, and then after 12 hours, the ball pool will recover the elastic automatically.

If after 12hrs, there's still deformed ball pool, please use your hands squeeze it by opposite way.
