Instructions for Usege

  1. Do not immerse in water.
  2. Do not adjust the pressure adjustment screw arbitrarily. The pressure is pre-adjusted before leaving the factory. If adjusted randomly, it may increase the pump cutoff pressure, leading to burst pipes.
  3. A filtering device must be installed at the water inlet to prevent impurities from entering. Otherwise, it may cause pump blockage, resulting in reduced pressure or no water flow.
  4. Equipped with a 12V/24V DC motor, users must not directly use a 220V power source. If plugged directly into a 220V power source, the motor will burn out immediately.
  5. The pump can convey water, weak acids, alkalis, salts, etc. It cannot convey liquids with particles, gasoline, or other flammable liquids.
  6. Operating conditions for the pump: ambient temperature 0-40 degrees, medium temperature below 60 degrees.
  7. If water leakage is detected in the pump or pipes, repair promptly to prevent motor damage and other accidents.
  8. When using the pump outdoors, cover it for protection to prevent water from splashing into the motor, causing power failure, leakage, or motor damage.
  9. When vertically installed, the pump head should face downward.
  10. Do not use water exceeding 60 degrees or dirty water (sediment in dirty water can cause irreversible damage to the pump).
  11. The motor pump can withstand a small amount of splashing water (wipe it dry after use), but do not spray water directly at the motor pump, and never immerse the motor in water.
  12. Do not leave the motor pump in damp places for an extended period.
  13. Do not disassemble the machine or adjust the pressure setting screw yourself (adjusting the pressure setting screw arbitrarily may be fatal for the pump).
  14. It is strictly prohibited to use the machine without connecting the filter. The filter mesh density should preferably be above 50 meshes (impurities can damage the pump).
  15. The diameter of the water spray hole must meet the specified value; otherwise, it will damage the motor pump.
  16. For household use only, not for commercial purposes (to avoid excessive heating and reduce the lifespan, intermittent operation is recommended whenever possible).
  17. Before use, confirm the power supply, and ensure that the power parameters match the input parameters of the motor pump.
  18. The recommended matching power cord should not be thinner than 0.75 square (copper core wire), with a length of about 2.5 meters. If extension is necessary, the wire diameter should be increased simultaneously, or else the performance of the motor pump may decrease due to excessive voltage drop in the power line (thicker and shorter is better, use an adequate length).
  19. The recommended internal diameter of the outlet pipe should not be less than 5.5, and the length should not exceed 10 meters (not too thin or too long, as it may affect pressure, flow, and nozzle effectiveness).
  20. The recommended internal diameter of the inlet pipe should not be less than 6, and the length of the suction pipe during self-priming should not exceed 1.5 meters.
  21. When connected to a pressurized water source like tap water, you can appropriately extend the inlet pipe, but the water pressure should not exceed 0.2mpa, or water may force open the valve and flow out.
  22. In winter, after use, drain the water from the pump and pipes to prevent freezing and cracking.
  23. When powered by 220V mains, the power adapter must be connected to a circuit with a residual current protection device.
  24. When the power cord is damaged, seek professional assistance for repair and replacement.
  25. When using a battery as a power source, be cautious of battery depletion.
  26. If not in use for an extended period or temporarily suspended during use, disconnect the connection between the motor pump and the power source.
