Design-wise, the compact 10 chain and bar make trimming and cutting in tight spaces ultra-manoeuvrable design and the soft grip handle also helps to reduce fatigue when operating the Chainsaw for long periods. Operation-wise, the Chainsaw has an auto oil-lubrication function that prevents the Chainsaw from running dry. You can easily monitor this through the oil level window located at the side of the unit. Best of all, it has a tool-free chain and bar adjustment system (SDS system) that makes fine-tuning your cutting requirements less of a hassle.

How to initiate a warranty claim

Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact.yarrasupply@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping
We offer free shipping for all our items. Shipments to rural areas may incur additional fees. We aim to dispatch all products within one business day after your full payment has been made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
We can ship to New Zealand, but there will be additional charges for postage. Contact us and we can get a freight quote for you. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
