You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Turn the switch on(indicator light displays red),just need 3-4 minutes for the coffee boiling and foaming up.Then the anti-overflow sensor begins to work.The unit will repeat the process of foaming up(indicator light continuous transforms between red and green) till auto shut-off after 10 minutes.So the coffee liquid will never spill out.
Note:You can decide the number of foaming up according to different coffee types and personal preferences, and stop it manually.

How to make coffee:
For the first use, please clean the appliance with clean water.
Notice: Do not immerse the electrical parts (on the bottom of the pot) into the water when you clean the appliance.
For 1 Cup of coffee, put 1 tea spoon coffee power and 1 or more tea spoons(depend on your taste) of sugar into the pot. For more coffee, put more coffee power and sugar into the pot as you wish.
Pour 100ml or more water into the pot.
Notice: Do not exceed the Max. level(About 220ml)
Mix coffee power and sugar thoroughly
Put the pot on the base and.plug the appliance to the wall outlet
Turn on the switch, the indicator light on the switch will display red color.
After 3-5 minutes, the indicator light will display Green, then continuous transform from Red to Green.
At this time you can take the pot off the base and get the finished coffee. If you want to boil more, you can wait until the coffee boiling for some time.
The coffee liquid will never spill out because the sensor keep working.
The appliance will automatically stop after 10 minutes or so. It also can be forced to stop by turning the switch offe switch off.

How to initiate a warranty claim

Contact Customer Service and provide the following details.
· Order ID
· Description of the issue
· Images/Videos: Show any visible defects or faults. Please use the recommended file size and format for best visibility.
Our team will evaluate your claim and respond promptly. If you have any questions, please contact Yarra Supply Customer Service and provide your order ID for reference.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact.yarrasupply@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We offer free shipping for all our items. Shipments to rural areas may incur additional fees. We aim to dispatch all products within one business day after your full payment has been made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
We can ship to New Zealand, but there will be additional charges for postage. Contact us and we can get a freight quote for you. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
