You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The Type-C port is reserved for manufacturer use only, such as software upgrades. End users cannot use this port for charging or data transfer.
The device primarily supports apps available in the Google Play Store (without regional restrictions). Some apps outside the Play Store may not install or work properly due to software permission limitations or incompatibility with the smart screen system, which is normal.
The built-in battery is a lithium iron phosphate type with specific charging voltage and current requirements. Using other adapters not matching these specifications may cause short circuits and damage the device.
Installation must follow the user manual carefully. Improper installation may result in damaged wiring harnesses, unstable stands, or screen detachment.
Due to design limitations, the smart screen is not 100% waterproof. Avoid liquid exposure to prevent circuit damage and malfunction.
The battery is a powered component and should not be stored long-term in high-temperature or humid environments, as this shortens battery and device lifespan.
The device will automatically shut down to protect the battery. Please recharge promptly. To extend battery life, avoid using the device while charging.
At Yarra Supply, we stand behind our products. Most products come with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Some products may be eligible for an extended warranty, so please check the specific product details to confirm.
Please note: Our warranty covers manufacturer defects and does not cover damage caused by user misuse or issues during delivery.
How to initiate a warranty claim
If you experience an issue with your product, please follow the steps below to submit a warranty claim:

· Description of the issue
· Images/Videos: Show any visible defects or faults. Please use the recommended file size and format for best visibility.
Our team will evaluate your claim and respond promptly. If you have any questions, please contact Yarra Supply Customer Service and provide your order ID for reference.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact.yarrasupply@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We offer free shipping for all our items. Shipments to rural areas may incur additional fees. We aim to dispatch all products within one business day after your full payment has been made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
We can ship to New Zealand, but there will be additional charges for postage. Contact us and we can get a freight quote for you. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
