Designed for standard weight plates with a 25mm centre hole, it is suitable for exercises such as bench presses, squats, deadlifts, rows and curls. Knurled grip sections provide better control, while threaded sleeves and included spin-lock collars help keep weight plates securely positioned during training.

Made from solid carbon steel with a chrome-plated finish, the bar supports loads up to 80kg and is designed for regular home strength workouts. The 150cm overall length provides a practical balance between exercise versatility and compact storage, while approximately 29cm loading sleeves on each side provide space for standard weight plates.
