1000KG Capacity Heavy Duty Foldable Platform Truck Flatbed Push Cart Steel Dolly Trolley Cart Brake

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the maximum weight this platform trolley can handle?

This heavy-duty foldable platform truck has a 1000kg weight capacity. Thanks to the thickened steel plate construction and durable solid rubber wheels, it's built to handle serious loads in warehouses, workshops, loading docks, and commercial spaces across Australia.

Is this trolley suitable for Australian outdoor conditions like gravel or rough surfaces?

Yes, absolutely. The platform cart features 6-inch diameter caster wheels made of solid rubber, which are specifically designed for manoeuvrability on both pavement and gravel surfaces. The thick rubber wheels with steel structure also eliminate concerns about flat tyres, making it reliable for Australian worksites and outdoor use.

How does the braking system work and why does it matter?

The trolley has 4 wheels—2 rigid caster wheels and 2 swivel wheels—with an integrated brake design. This setup lets you easily move and manoeuvre the cart in any direction you need, then stop it securely anywhere. It's particularly useful on inclines or when you need to prevent the trolley from rolling away while loading or unloading.

Can I fold this up for storage, and how much space does it take?

Absolutely—that's one of the best features. The padded handle folds down in seconds and lays flush against the platform, so the entire cart stores away compactly. When folded, the package dimensions are 92cm x 62cm x 15cm, making it easy to tuck away in a garage, warehouse corner, or storage shed without taking up much space.

What are the dimensions of the actual cart bed, and what comes in the box?

The platform bed measures 90cm x 60cm x 70cm (height), giving you a large flat surface for moving goods. The kit includes 1 platform cart, 4 castor wheels (2 fixed + 2 swivel with brake), a wide push handle, and all assembly hardware you need to get started straight away.

How much does it weigh, and what's the delivery like to Australia?

The cart itself weighs 20kg, so it's manageable to move around once assembled. For delivery across Australia, Yarra Supply offers reliable shipping options to get this trolley to your door. If you're not completely satisfied, Yarra Supply provides a 30-day returns policy, so you can shop with confidence.

Why choose this trolley over cheaper alternatives?

This isn't a lightweight budget option—it's engineered for durability and real-world work. The reinforced steel flatbed base, thick rubber wheels, and integrated brake system mean it'll last years in factories, auto shops, warehouses, restaurants, and home use. At $199 AUD, you're getting a 1000kg capacity platform truck that won't let you down when you need it most.
