Note:
A heating strip and high-temperature cloth are necessary for sealing the machine. The product may be aged after a long-time of use. Please make a periodic inspection and see replace it with the spare heating strip in time if it`s broken.

Steps For Using:
1. Connect the power cord to the power supply.
2. Adjust the heating level according to the material and thickness of the bags to be sealed.
3. Place the bags on the sealing strip area.
4. Press the handle, the circuit automatically controls the heating time.
5. The indicator goes off and the power is automatically disconnected.
6. After about 1-2 seconds, release the handle, sealing is complete.

Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact.yarrasupply@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

We offer free shipping for all our items. Shipments to rural areas may incur additional fees. We aim to dispatch all products within one business day after your full payment has been made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

We can ship to New Zealand, but there will be additional charges for postage. Contact us and we can get a freight quote for you. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
