You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Engine
Baumr-AG take pride in using a premium commercial engine. Many other engines are built with a lower capacity and bored out, which can severely affect engine strength and heat displacement.

Filtration
The commercial over-sized air filter has a huge surface area which, feeds the engine cool air, and keeps even the finest dust out. This coupled with a massive intake manifold ensure peak performance is maintained. And when necessary, the filter can be accessed in seconds via the quick-release clips, rinsed under water and used time and time again.
Starting
The decompression valve used with Baumr-AG's patented E-Start recoil system is a sure-fire way to start the SX82. Even on a cold winter's morning it's like pulling a thread from a woollen jumper. Lending the saw to a mate? An easy-to-follow starting guide is printed on the SX82.
Cutting
The massive 24 inch bar sports a 12 toothed sprocket nose for an excellent transfer of cutting power, from chain to wood. The premium full chisel chain utilises Baumr-AG's Tru-Sharp technology. These chains produce very little kick-back and accurate cuts as a result. An adjustable auto-chain lubricatorkeeps the chain well oiled and has a large dial for adjustments on the fly.
The sawdust guard keeps fine particles from being kicked off the chain into internal components. This reduces, blockages, overheating, and maintenance.
Safety
The balanced body feels great to hold and cut with as the bumper spike forms a perfect pivot point at the centre of the chainsaw. The large, grippy handles fit comfortably in both hands for left and right-handed users. The handles are mounted with heavy-duty springs, using the A-Vibe anti-vibration system. This system dramatically reduces vibrations passed from machine to user.

We accept Change of Mind returns for 14 days after you have received the item in cases where you have changed your mind or made an incorrect purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders canceled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. The item must be in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a change of mind refund. Deductions may apply including Initial and Return Shipping, as well as restocking fee of 10% of the product price
At Yarra Supply, we stand behind our products. Most products come with a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Some products may be eligible for an extended warranty, so please check the specific product details to confirm.
Please note: Our warranty covers manufacturer defects and does not cover damage caused by user misuse or issues during delivery.

We offer free shipping on most products to most areas across Australia. While some items may incur additional delivery fees due to carrier limitations or delivery distance.
Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
We currently ship across Australia, and selected products are also available for delivery to New Zealand.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery time is 3–10 business days within Australia, and 7–15 business days for New Zealand orders (depending on your location and courier service).
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
