You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

I didn’t install this unit in a blind‑corner cabinet as intended, but I can see how well it would work for that purpose. The mechanism is designed for tight, hard‑to‑reach corners of around 28 cm, and the way it moves makes the space far more usable. It slides sideways first, then the four racks pull right out by about 50 cm, giving full access to everything without having to reach blindly into the back.In my case, I only used the slide‑out stand and baskets on a high, deep pantry shelf. Even used this way, it made the space much more user‑friendly. I still need a step stool to reach the top shelf comfortably, but the four racks let me use the full height right up to the ceiling without stacking items on top of each other. Everything is more visible now, so I can see what I’m grabbing before I even get the stool out.The construction is solid, the runners glide smoothly, and the soft‑close feature gives it a quality feel. The instructions were clear, and once you understand the limitations of the frame and how it needs to be positioned, installation is straightforward. All screws and components were included. Packaging was mostly recyclable cardboard with only a few plastic bags, which is always good to see.Quality storage systems aren’t cheap, but you generally get what you pay for. In this case, the build quality and the improvement in usability make it worthwhile, and it’s versatile enough to be adapted beyond its original purpose.
came with easy fit instructions and so it was.Not quite what my wife wanted but it was an essential piece of kit to solve a blind corner under the counter cupboard.Would have been beter had it had solid shelving instead of wire as some smaller items fall over on the uneven surface. Hence the 4 star rating.
