Electric nail Gun Straight Nail Nailer Framing Heavy Duty Woodworking nail Gun

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this electric nail gun suitable for Australian homes and DIY projects?

Yes, absolutely. This electric nail gun comes with an AU plug and operates on 220V at 50Hz, which is the standard Australian electrical system. It's ideal for Australian DIY enthusiasts and professionals working on framing, woodworking, and general construction projects. The 2000W power and 45pcs/min firing speed make it well-suited for Australian hardwoods like jarrah, blackbutt, and spotted gum.

How fast does this nail gun fire and what's the nailing range?

This electric nail gun has a firing speed of 45 pieces per minute, which is quite efficient for continuous work. The nailing range is 10-30mm, meaning it can drive nails between 10mm and 30mm in length. The magazine capacity holds up to 70 pieces of nails, so you won't need to reload constantly during typical projects.

What's included in the box and do I need to buy extra nails?

The package includes the electric nail gun, 4 boxes of F30 straight nails (1200 pieces total), 2 hexagon wrenches, 1 slotted screwdriver, and a user manual. That's 4,800 nails to get you started, which should cover most standard projects. You can purchase additional F30 nails when you need them, and they're widely available at Australian hardware stores.

How heavy is it and is it comfortable to use for extended periods?

The nail gun weighs just 1.65kg, making it lightweight and easy to carry around the job site. It features a comfortable rubber handle grip designed to reduce hand fatigue during extended use. However, it's important to note that this is a two-handed tool—it cannot be operated with a single hand, which is actually a safety feature that helps with control and accuracy.

What's the return policy if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

Yarra Supply offers a 30-day returns policy on this electric nail gun. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. However, if you change your mind after placing your order, it's important to contact Yarra Supply within 2-3 hours to cancel before the package is dispatched, as intercepting packages in transit isn't possible once they've left the warehouse.

How does this compare to other electric nail guns available in Australia?

At AUD $56.95, this is a competitive option for a heavy-duty electric nail gun. The 2000W power output provides strong penetration into hardwood, which is essential for Australian timber. The 45pcs/min speed is solid for framing and woodworking applications. It's made from high-quality ABS and aluminium alloy materials, ensuring durability. Combined with Yarra Supply's 30-day returns policy and included accessories (hexagon wrenches, screwdriver, and 4,800 nails), it offers good value for both professional contractors and serious DIYers.

What safety features should I know about before using this nail gun?

The two-handed operation requirement is a built-in safety feature that prevents accidental firing and ensures proper control and aim. The tool also has fast heat dissipation technology to prevent overheating during extended use. Always refer to the included user manual for proper operating instructions, wear appropriate safety gear including eye protection, and ensure you're working with properly supported materials before operating the nail gun.
