Compatibility and setup
For USB-C display, your device must support video output through USB-C. For HDMI, connect HDMI to Mini HDMI for video and use USB-C power for the monitor. A USB-C power adapter is not included.
For passthrough charging up to 100W, use a compatible PD adapter and cable. The included USB-C cable supports up to 60W.
Quick answers
Can this portable monitor run from one USB-C cable?
Yes, when connected to a compatible device with a full-function USB-C port that supports video, audio and power delivery. Some USB-C ports only support charging or data, so check your device specifications.
Does HDMI power the monitor?
No. HDMI carries video and audio only. The monitor still requires USB-C power when using the HDMI input.
What should I check if the screen flickers or goes blank?
Check the power source first. Use a power adapter that meets the minimum 5V 3A requirement, avoid low-quality cables, select the correct input source and restart both devices if needed.
