Versatile Machine
Our commercial stand mixer is equipped with 3 stirrers, including a dough hook, a flat beater, and a wire whip. The dough hook is used for smoother mixer operation and is ideal for pizza and other heavy dough. The flat beater is suitable for mashing potatoes or vegetables, mixing cakes, batters, or icing. The wire whip is widely applied in aerating light mixes such as whipped cream, egg white. These considerate accessories help you achieve the results you need for any recipe.
Extensive Bowl Capacity
Our spiral mixer is equipped with a 10Qt bowl, allowing you to mix up to 1 kg / 2.2 lbs of food at one time. In addition, all parts touching food, including bowl, hook, and rod, are made of food-grade stainless steel. These reliable components are rust-proof, corrosion-proof, and easy to clean.
High-Efficient Mixing System
This electric stand mixer features a 450W strong motor with gear-driven transmission for fast and even mixing. There are 3 adjustable speeds, meeting different mixing requirements and obtaining satisfactory results. The 113RPM low speed is suitable for kneading doughs; the 184RPM medium speed is commonly used for mixing fillings; the 341RPM high speed is ideal for whipping creams. Please stop the machine before changing the rotation speed.
Innovative Timer Function
This mixer has an upgraded timer knob, which enables you to set up mixing time within 30 minutes. This timer function eliminates the need to keep checking the mixing process beside the machine. In addition, it adopts a turning wheel to lower or raise the bowl. With the detachable bowl & stirrer, it’s easy for you to clean. The secure shield is designed for keeping hands from injury, while the machine will automatically shut down once the shield isn't tightly closed.
