Seamanship Boat Cover 19-21ft Trailerable Jumbo Marine Grade Heavy Duty Black

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this boat cover fit my 20ft trailerable boat?

Yes, this Seamanship Boat Cover is specifically designed for boats between 19-21 feet (5.8m-6.4m) in length, so a 20ft boat will fit perfectly. The cover has a maximum beam width of 2.4m and extends up to 1.35m from the gunwale, making it ideal for most trailerable vessels in that size range. The elastic hems also allow for a snug, secure fit across different hull shapes.

Is this boat cover suitable for Australian coastal weather conditions?

Absolutely. The Seamanship Boat Cover is made from 600D polyester with PU coating, which provides excellent UV resistance and mildew protection—both essential for Australian sun and humidity. The heavy-duty construction and double-stitched seams are built to withstand Australia's variable coastal conditions, whether you're mooring in Queensland, New South Wales, or Victoria. It's designed specifically for marine-grade durability.

How do I secure the cover to my boat trailer?

The cover comes with adjustable fastening straps and heavy-duty loops that make it easy to tie down to your trailer. The elastic hems provide additional grip, and the straps are designed to be simple to adjust whether you're launching frequently or storing your boat for extended periods. This setup is ideal for Australian trailerboat owners who regularly move between boat ramps.

What happens if the cover doesn't fit my boat properly?

Yarra Supply offers a 30-day returns policy, so if the cover doesn't suit your needs, you can return it within that timeframe. We recommend checking the specifications—the cover fits boats 5.8m-6.4m in length with a maximum beam width of 2.4m—before purchasing. If you're uncertain about your boat's dimensions, contact us before ordering and we can help confirm the fit.

How easy is it to access my boat with the side zipper?

The side zipper entrance is one of the standout features of this cover. You can easily access the inside of your boat without having to remove or loosen any of the fastening straps or loops, which saves time and effort. This is particularly handy if you need to regularly check equipment or retrieve items from your boat while it's covered and stored.

Does the cover come with storage and can I store it when not in use?

Yes, the Seamanship Boat Cover includes a carry bag with a handy carry strap, so you can easily store it away when not needed. This is great if you only use the cover seasonally or if you need to store it between boating trips. The compact carry bag makes it convenient to keep in a garage, shed, or storage area without taking up much space.

What warranty does this boat cover come with in Australia?

This Seamanship Boat Cover comes with a 1-year warranty, which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty provides peace of mind when investing in quality marine protection for your boat. For any warranty claims or questions, you can contact Yarra Supply directly through the website.
