How to use Body Brush:

Use on wet or dry skin. To dry brush, use medium pressure while standing on a towel or in the shower to collect the dry skin. Otherwise, use on wet skin while showering. Brush in motions towards your heart to get your lymph moving and increasing circulation.

Never brush over inflamed areas e.g., open wounds, inflamed sores, sunburnt skin, active cancer states, enlarged lymph nodes.

Care for your Valor Sisal Back Body Brush by washing with hot soapy water once a week, pad excess water into a towel and leave to dry in a well-ventilated area. Allow the brush to dry completely before using it again. Do not leave in a damp area, the bristles will mildew.
