You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

This upgraded commercial slushy machine features an adjustable temperature range of 5 ~ 50_ / -15 ~ 10 Celsius, allowing you to control the softness or hardness of your drinks. For cold drink��3~5 Celsius/37.4~41_; for non-alcoholic slushie��-3~-1 Celsius/26.6~30.2_; for alcoholic drinks��-15C~-6C/5F~21.2_. (Recommended sugar content: around 13%, alcohol content: below 13%). It is ideal for making a variety of drinks such as juices, tea, margarita, and iced coffee.
With two 15L / 3.96 GAL capacity tanks, this slushy machine can make approximately 120 cups of slushy drinks per batch, you can choose to use each tank independently. It requires less frequent refilling, making it perfect for high-traffic commercial use. The transparent tank beautifully showcases colorful drinks, making it a great fit for ice cream shops, burger joints, cafes, bars, and other commercial settings.
The user-friendly control panel allows for easy operation, including two mode settings (slushy and cold drink), automatic cleaning, temperature control, and time settings. The temperature is clearly displayed on the digital screen, making it easy to monitor at any time.
Made with a stainless steel body and food-grade PC tank, this commercial slushie machine is built to last and easy to clean. The tank features one-button automatic cleaning, and the modular components can be easily disassembled without tools for hassle-free maintenance and cleaning.
The slushy maker machine is equipped with a drip tray at the bottom to prevent water leakage, which can be removed for easy cleaning. The spring-loaded faucet ensures minimal water leakage after use. The three-sided ventilation design helps with quick heat dissipation, and the rubber feet provide non-slip stability during operation, ensuring better machine stability.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery time is 3–10 business days within Australia, and 7–15 business days for New Zealand orders (depending on your location and courier service).
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s progress.

If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable.
