You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Our two-step step stool is designed for quick and easy folding. This step stool is constructed with high-quality Q235B carbon steel and a stable structure, ensuring toughness and stability. It can bear a load of up to 330 lbs / 150 kg (tested up to 1000 lbs / 453.6 kg without damage) and is certified to meet the European EN14183 standard. Whether used for stepping or sitting, it won't collapse or tip over, making it much more durable than typical plastic or iron footstools.
When folded, our step stool measures just 19.1" x 1.6" x 22.8" / 485 x 40 x 580 mm, allowing you to easily stow it in a closet or corner of your home without taking up much space. With a lightweight design and a portable handle, it's convenient and easy to carry, weighing only 7.5 lbs / 3.4 kg.
The step stool's platform features a full-coverage anti-slip layer to prevent slipping, and its edges are smooth to avoid injuring your hands. Thick rubber foot covers on all four stool legs increase friction, ensuring safe use even on smooth tile floors. Every detail is designed with your safety in mind.

We offer free shipping on most products to most areas across Australia. While some items may incur additional delivery fees due to carrier limitations or delivery distance.
Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
We currently ship across Australia, and selected products are also available for delivery to New Zealand.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery time is 3–10 business days within Australia, and 7–15 business days for New Zealand orders (depending on your location and courier service).
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s progress.

If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable.
